  • Camera & Photos: We request camera and storage permissions to allow Field Executives to capture photos of visited premises, business entities, and supporting documents directly during field verification.
  • Device Information: We collect device identifiers (Unique Device ID, OS version, device model) to bind authorized accounts to authorized devices and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Account Credentials: Mobile number, email, full name, and employee identifier provided by your administrator.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To conduct legitimate loan applicant field verifications and generate official verification reports for financial institutions.
  • To record tamper-proof audit trails for physical site visits and property inspections.
  • To maintain account security and enforce authorized device bindings.
  • To provide technical support and ensure optimal application performance.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Field report data and verification evidence are shared exclusively with the contracting financial institutions and authorized internal verifiers strictly for credit assessment and loan processing purposes.

4. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard HTTPS encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data in transit and encrypted databases for data at rest. We retain verification data only as long as necessary to comply with financial auditing regulations and institutional recordkeeping requirements.
